Laennec AI India Private Limited is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Business Bureau, Cee Vee Associates, Chakkalakkal, Panampilly Nagar, Ernakulam, Kerala - 682036, and is a subsidiary of Laennec AI Limited, incorporated in England and Wales with its registered office at The Maltings, East Tyndall Street, Cardiff, CF24 5EA, United Kingdom.
You will always be able to view the most current version of these Terms within the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the Platform immediately.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Zörgm Platform and the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform or Services. Your access to and use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
Zörgm provides a comprehensive platform designed to support healthcare professionals with AI-powered continuing medical education, evidence-based medical reference content, clinical tools, and other professional resources. The Platform offers personalised information and services tailored to meet the needs and interests of healthcare professionals, including physicians, specialists, and other licensed practitioners.
The Services are designed to enhance professional development, clinical decision-making, and access to quality medical information. The Platform may include sponsored educational programmes and content from third-party partners and affiliates.
Zörgm continuously updates and improves the Services to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance. The Platform operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing healthcare professionals and medical information in India.
Zörgm reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of changes.
To access the Services, you may be required to create an account and register with the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify Zörgm immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Zörgm will not be held responsible for losses incurred due to unauthorized use of your account.
The Platform is intended exclusively for use by licensed and registered healthcare professionals. During registration, you may be required to provide credentials, such as registration with the National Medical Commission, State Medical Council, or other recognized regulatory bodies, to verify your status as a healthcare professional.
Zörgm reserves the right to verify your credentials at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if your credentials cannot be verified or if you are found to be ineligible to use the Platform.
The Services are intended for use only by healthcare professionals who are registered, licensed, or otherwise legally authorized to provide medical, clinical, or healthcare-related services. You agree to use the Platform and Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
By accessing the Platform, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial professional development purposes only. This license is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms.

Zörgm reserves the right to monitor your use of the Platform and to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your account, if we determine that you are in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Zörgm is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legitimacy of sponsored content or third-party advertisements. Your interactions with third parties, including participation in sponsored programmes, are at your own risk.
Zörgm will clearly disclose when content is sponsored or contains advertising. However, Zörgm does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any sponsored content or third-party advertisements.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
Zörgm may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Causes for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with credential verification requirements.
Upon termination or suspension, your right to access the Platform and Services immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination, including but not limited to liability limitations, indemnification, and proprietary rights, shall survive the termination of your account.
Zörgm reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any part of the Platform or Services at any time without notice or liability. Zörgm is not responsible for any loss of access, data, or services resulting from modifications or discontinuation of the Platform or Services.
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ZÖRGM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PLATFORM, SERVICES, CONTENT, OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. ZÖRGM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ZÖRGM IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ZÖRGM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
ZÖRGM'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZÖRGM, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ZÖRGM, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS DISCONTINUATION OF USE.
ZÖRGM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE AND WHETHER OR NOT ZÖRGM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zörgm, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or the rights of third parties.
You may request deletion of your account and personal information by contacting Zörgm at contact@laennec.ai. Zörgm will process your request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, Zörgm may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zörgm regarding your use of the Platform and Services. These Terms supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Zörgm. Zörgm may assign these Terms to any third party at its sole discretion. Any attempt to assign these Terms in violation of this provision is void.
Any notices, demands, or communications regarding these Terms or the Platform should be sent to Zörgm at contact@laennec.ai or at the registered office address provided in these Terms. Notices to you may be given by posting on the Platform or by sending email to the email address associated with your account.
The failure of Zörgm to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Zörgm.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Zörgm shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or government actions. Zörgm will make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
The provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination, including but not limited to Proprietary Rights, No Medical Advice, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Laws that Govern this Agreement, and any other provisions concerning your obligations or Zörgm's rights, shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and your use of the Platform.
